HOW TO CREATE AN INVOICE
As a Founder/business owner you have a quite a lot of duties.To be on the safe side from the start you will need to use good software.With the Invoicing feature from grofleX you will create a professional and legally compliant invoice in lightening speed which you can send to your customer with just a few clicks
STEP 1:
You start in grofleX with a blank invoice

STEP 2:
You upload your logo (1) in the letterhead and text if so desired (2) and click save (3)

STEP 3:
You can select a private person or a company (1) and accordingly input the fields that are relevant (2) then you can the invoice number and date etc if desired(3) and click “save”(4)

Click on “enter article”(1)

step 5 :
Enter your price,the GST details etc(1) you can edit text if desired (2) and hit “save”(3)when done

step 6:
Enter your business, bank details and signature(1) then add a note to the invoice if desired(2) finally hit “save”(3) and that is it DONE!

step 7:
Click on finalise or edit and done!

step 8 :
By clicking on “send email” you send the email with the invoice directly to the customer.You can also either download thr PDF,print the invoice or copy the to send it via any other desired way of communication.

If you want to send it by email,all you need to do is enter your customers email address and a short accompanying text.You can also attach anymore documents if you want,apart from just your invoice:
